R&D Process Engineer

What will you do:

Developing chemical processes to maximize safety, quality, and productivity
Conducting experiments and working with state-of-the-art equipment and experimental systems
Presenting results to the R&D team/management and recommending courses of action
Keeping records and documentation of experimental techniques and results
Supporting the engineering team with equipment design
Materials analysis and characterization using various techniques, including: XRD, XRF, SEM, ICP

Requirements:

BSc degree or higher in Chemical/Process engineering (Chemistry will also be considered)
2-4 years hands-on experience in an industrial chemical setting
Good communication skills and ability to work alone or on a team in a dynamic environment
Highly organized and safety mindset oriented
On-site position at the Helios HQ in Kokhav Ya’ir-Tzur Yigal

Nice to Have:

Hands-on experience in a pilot plant/scale-up facility (advantage)
Experience working with alkaline metals (advantage)
Technical expertise in the steel industry and familiarity with industry standard equipment

R&D Electrical Engineer

What will you do:

You will play a pivotal role in the conceptualization, design and development of electrical systems that incorporate vacuum, heating, motors, and electro-chemistry technologies, tailored to unique processes for both terrestrial and lunar applications, reaching into the realms of communications, data acquisition, control and safety.

Requirements:

B.Sc in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in electrical system design and integration in a lab/industrial/aerospace setting.
Strong foundation in electrical theory and principles, particularly as they apply to real-world system design and integration.
Expertise in creating detailed electrical system design, including schematics and layouts, for complex projects, using various CAD tools for designing electrical systems (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks Electrical).
On-site position at the Helios HQ in Kokhav Ya’ir-Tzur Yigal (at the moment).
Strong team player with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Professional level English both verbal and written.

Nice to Have:

Previous involvement in projects related to vacuum systems, heating systems, electro-chemistry, sensor technologies or similar fields.
Hands-on experience in a pilot plant/scale-up facility.
